Princess Nails International takes great pride in its quality, but if we are unable to satisfy your standards then we are happy to accept your return request. All products can be returned within a two-week period from the day you receive them.

To be eligible for a return, products are required to be in unused and unopened condition. This means that you should not have used or opened them, and they should still be in their original packaging.

If the products are defective or arrive damaged, please reach out to info@princessnailsinc.com and we will provide you a return label and shipping address. Once we receive your package, we will issue a refund to the original payment methods and it may take between 5-7 days to show up in your account.

Customers are welcome to exchange or return any products that they no longer need for as long as they meet the criteria above and are responsible for the shipping fee.
